Fractal5 Solutions Founder Statement

I am Matthew Burbidge, the sole founder, architect, and engineer of Fractal5 Solutions Inc.

For the first six months of 2025, I have built Fractal5 from scratch—every line of code, every ledger entry, every AI logic chain and design element—without cofounders, outside capital, or paid contractors. I have developed a fully operational, capsule-based AI SaaS platform, Dominion OS, that now powers the F5 Suite of sovereign applications for political, civic, and business use cases.

I created Fractal5 not to chase hype or scale prematurely, but to solve the real infrastructure gap facing movements, campaigns, and organizations in Canada, the U.S., and globally: the need for clear, sovereign, accountable systems they can deploy and control for mission success.

Everything built has been independently verified, audit-traceable, and aligned with Google Cloud Platform architecture. Dominion OS is operational, with CRA-verified financials, synced Slack/Notion/Dropbox systems, and modular SaaS capsules ready for secure GCP deployment beginning immediately.  

This was not a prototype sprint. This was six months of sustained, end-to-end sovereign development—1,470 hours of full-stack, founder-grade work.

Fractal5 is now entering its seed funding stage, ready to onboard aligned clients, scale to the cloud, and offer its services to leaders and organizations who need clarity, autonomy, and truth in how they operate and grow.
