Pilots (the honest on-ramp)

A pilot is a short, bounded engagement designed to create visible wins and decision-grade evidence. When pilots convert to production, the system becomes sticky—because it’s real, adopted, and repeatable.

  • Scope: 1–3 outcomes (conversion, time saved, fewer no-shows, cleaner reporting).
  • Cap: not-to-exceed budget. No runaway invoices.
  • Output: shipped changes + a simple “what changed / what to do next” brief.

Ask for: “Pilot offer + timeline + cap.”
